51st Regional Management Committee meeting of Northern Region is being held on 20th & 21st August 2022 in Lucknow and inaugurated by Shri Debashis Sen RED (N), HOPs of all NR Stations along with senior officials are participating. Head of Projects of all seven Solar stations of Northern Region are also participating in this meet. During the meet all HOPs discussed the challenges being faced by the stations and road map to overcome. They have also deliberated the strategies in place to meet the challenges before the project and NTPC as a whole.

Shri. Munish Jouhari, RED (WR-1), Shri. DSGSS Babji, RED (ER-1) and Shri. Ashim Kumar Goswami, RED (ER-2) have graced the occasion as a special invitee and shared their valuable experience with the participants.

Further, Shri. Alok Kumar, Secretary (Power) to Govt. of India has also graced the occasion and addressed to participants. In his address Shri. Alok Kumar shared the country’s future power scenario and the challenges being faced by the energy sector. He further shared the Govt. policies and road map to achieve the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister. He appreciated the efforts of NTPC during recent energy crisis and further appealed to step up their effort to realize the vision of Hon’ble PM.
